Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall

All the King's horses and all the King's men

Couldn't put Humpty back together again

The rhyme was written around 1800. The basis for the rhyme is unknown, but is now thought to apply to people or things that become broken, and things the King and all his people have never found a way of putting back together again.

Physically, we have become experts and can mend broken bones and do a great job fixing almost anything that is physically broken, but....

All the King's mental health specialists have never found a way to heal the damage to the human mind and help humans deal with the mental health issues caused by overwhelming traumatic events.

When a person repeatedly falls off the wall, they become traumatized, or in my world... they become lost.

Understanding Us was created to help people whom the King and all his men and horses could not help.
